We are looking for a talented and experienced Mobile App Developer to join Amsotics, a growing website design and software development agency. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, project managers, and clients to transform product ideas, designs, and business requirements into reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications. You will be involved throughout the complete application development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to development, API integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern mobile application development frameworks and a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX, APIs, databases, application performance, and platform-specific requirements. You should be comfortable working with existing applications as well as developing new applications from scratch, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering smooth experiences across different devices and screen sizes.

ROLE OVERVIEW
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and performance-focused mobile interfaces.
• Convert Figma and other UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
• Develop reusable and maintainable application components.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and external services.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure reliable API and data integration.
• Implement secure authentication, user management, notifications, and other application features.
• Optimize applications for performance, stability, battery usage, and responsiveness.
• Ensure applications work consistently across different devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application crashes, bugs, and technical issues.
• Perform application testing and fix issues before release.
• Implement push notifications, deep linking, analytics, and other mobile functionality when required.
• Manage application builds and prepare applications for deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Maintain and improve existing mobile applications based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, project managers, and clients throughout projects.
• Participate in code reviews and follow modern mobile development standards.
• Use Git and version control systems for development and collaboration.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development frameworks, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
• Deliver projects and assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• 1–3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong experience with at least one mobile development technology such as Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or similar.
• Experience developing applications for Android and/or iOS platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive layouts.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
• Good understanding of application state management and data handling.
• Experience with authentication, push notifications, and third-party service integrations.
• Understanding of mobile application performance optimization and debugging.
• Familiarity with Firebase or similar backend/mobile services is an advantage.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of mobile application deployment and app store submission processes is preferred.
• Understanding of mobile security and secure data handling practices.
• Familiarity with local storage, databases, and offline functionality is a plus.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality applications.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a development team.
