We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Amsotics, a growing website design and software development agency. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging, professional, and consistent designs across digital platforms, marketing materials, websites, social media, and brand communication.
In this role, you will work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, marketing teams, project managers, and clients to understand creative requirements and transform ideas into compelling visual designs. You will be involved in creating concepts, developing design assets, refining layouts, preparing final artwork, and ensuring that all visual content maintains a consistent and professional brand identity.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy, along with hands-on experience using modern graphic design tools. You should be comfortable working on multiple projects, taking feedback, meeting deadlines, and adapting designs for different digital and marketing requirements.

ROLE OVERVIEW
• Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Design banners, advertisements, social media posts, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on project and client requirements.
• Create and maintain consistent brand identities across different digital and offline platforms.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create supporting visual assets for websites and applications.
• Design graphics and visual content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets when required.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content.
• Prepare designs in appropriate formats for web, social media, print, and digital advertising.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, visual standards, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure graphics and design assets are suitable for digital implementation.
• Review designs and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, assets, templates, and project resources.
• Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, visual styles, and industry practices.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing campaigns, websites, and overall brand communication.
• Deliver high-quality design work within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• 1–3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
• Experience creating designs for websites, social media, digital marketing, and branding.
• Strong understanding of digital design and modern visual trends.
• Experience preparing designs for different platforms, screen sizes, and formats.
• Ability to create visually consistent and brand-focused designs.
• Strong image editing and photo manipulation skills.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles is an advantage.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
